CULINARY EXPERIENCE IN MARRAKECH, MORROCO!
We will take you to a beautiful organic farm, located in a village 45 minutes out of Marrakech and it will be an amazing experience!
This farm grows everything organic. Clients get to pick vegetables by hand and they use only clay for cooking. They have a section on the farm where they raise animals like peacocks (not that we are eating them!!), goose, rabbits, and chicken.
We guarantee that you will have so much FUN!!!!
INTRODUCTION:
Learn about Moroccan spices, including Ras al Hanout, the definite spice of Moroccan cuisine. Bake bread the Moroccan way using a traditional earthen wood-fueled stove. Prepare a tagine, a version of the classic Moroccan stew. Your organic vegetables are grown in the garden on-site!
While your tagine is cooking over the fire, take a walk (about 20 minutes) across a wide valley, where sheep graze, wild cactus fruit grows, and the day goes on untouched by modern life. It is just, for that short number of hours of the day, you get to experience what it is like to live a simple life on a farm, away from all the stress, hustle and bustle of modern life.
The best part of this experience is that you get to enjoy what you have cooked for lunch!
